Terms of ServicePlease allow time for payment processing and shipping.
For items that are damaged upon arrival, have manufacturing defects, or shipped out in error, please send them back to us for full store credit and we will reimburse up to $3 shipping fee. (we recommend to ship via USPS)
All returns should be within 10 days of package receipt date.
Please use packing pads if possible or small packing method as possible.
Most importantly, please include a copy of the invoice with
indication of the items returned and the reason for the return.
* You can request return only once per order. (please check all items in the order before you request a return)
